I'm curious as to where to find straw or worm castings?

You can find straw at local feed/farm shops...the kind of places that deal with horses....you know!

Lumber yards, bigger hardware/home supply stores, even wally world sells bags of pre-cut straw in their crafts section that I've heard of people having good results with. Worm castings are something I've never done. Dung is a kickass way to work less grow more.

If you have any horse stables around you, that may be all you need to persue just ask them if you can have some of there manure preferably out of a stall. It will have grains and straw mixed in with it. It does not matter if it is not composted. Fuck whatever you have heard about it need be years old. Pasteration will control the contaim. problems. It's what I have used for 2 years and it has proved unbeatable.Well, economicaly unbeatable.
