If you want to see pins you need a manure substrate that is at least 20% pref horse.
Next time I would recommend using WBS in QT jars. Makes it easier.
Your first flush off a multi-spore usually is piss poor, you want to either isolate a few on agar then fruit them out and or clone a fruit.
I find that it is best to fruit a few third gen isolations and clone the best three fruits to make my master.
As far as casing I use MM tek, it is near the middle here
Any other help with pans feel free to PM me

All you need is poo
Copes with no manure you will get minimal pins if any.

Correct, use manure. Break up your pf cakes into four times as much manure. That means one pf cake can inoculate 2 pints of manure. Don't crumble and case pf cakes. It's a waste. If you want to fruit your cakes as is, simply birth them, and then do a dunk and roll and place in fruiting conditions. This is the quickest way to a harvest, and spawning to manure is the best way to a larger harvest, although it takes a couple of weeks longer.
You can grow the hawaiian copes on pf cakes, as long as you spawn them to horse manure. Read up on the pan cyan teks. I've posted mine and others have as well. RR

well you need to pasteurize it first, there are plenty of good teks here for teaching you how to do that.
For casing I would recommend either 50/50+ or MM tek, I have found through anno's work that when casing if you have small valley's in your sub and casing layer it allows for a better pin set.

Any local people that have horses will be more than happy to let you collect some manure for your garden. They're always thrilled to have someone come haul it off for them. All you have to do is knock on the door with a bag in your hand(or a pickup truck) and ask. Get the field aged and dry stuff from the pasture, not the fresh green stuff they sweep out of the stalls. What you want will be dry and brown, bleached by the sun and leached by the rain. It will have zero smell other than a slight 'dirt' or earthy smell, but no ammonia or manure stink. RR
