Im stumped....Casing Humidity and shite

Ok. Ive been able to figure out a way around everything so far that has been a problem. Exept this.....
I have managed to get my cool mist humidifier alone to raise the humidity to 97%constantly and have nice air exchange. Now that pinning is starting I will be lowering the humidity to about 88%. The problem is this.
I have 2 other casings that I did with the horse poo tek. But they will not be ready to be placed in the fruiting chamber for a few days. So, they will need a higher humidity to initiate pinning.
What does everyone else do when they have casings and different times. I cant accomidate them both with the right humidity.
Will they pin at around 90%? If so, I would just figure out how to keep it at that level and just leave it there for pinning and fruiting.
I was also thinking about having a seperate chamber just for pinning. But I have no room what-so-ever.
I guess maybe I could get a small plastic tub and fill the bottom with perlite and use that for when casings need to pin. hmmmmmmm.....
Any ideas?

a few months ago, some folks were touting plastic wrap for the pinning process. they were wrapping cakes with plastic wrap (regular 'reynolds wrap' or whatever you use for preserving leftovers) until they'd pin.

the same thing works fantastic with casings! my friend uses those glad ovenware containers 'cause they come with perfect (clear) plastic lids for pinning, but it's really just the same as using clear plastic wrap.

just poke a few holes in it, and the moisture from the casing layer will keep the humidity up inside that little bit of airspace...
