regular PF mixture or PF maximum fruiting formula?

I'm gonna Pc some jars tomorrow and I was wondering if some of you could tell me whats better to use, the regular PF Tek mixture or the maximum fruiting formula? Also I have two pressure cookers, one 15 psi and one 10 psi and I would rather do them all at once so how long should I pc at 10 psi? Thanks.

The general advice these days is to use 2 parts verm to 1 part BRF to 1 part water. Add about 1/5 a tablespoon of gypsum per jar for its nutritive elements.
