Are those Amanita Citrina alba? They don't look like you should try to eat those..... do they have a broken veil at the base? If they smell like moldy potatoes they are probably false deathcap. Or in the worse case they could be Amanita phalloides.....very fucking deadly. In the best case scenario, they are Agaricus Silvicola, which are edible (and inactive) but have a poisonous lookalike that stains yellow. In my best advise (which doesn't say a whole lot) you should stay far far away from them.
