my rye jars have been colonizing for way to long... they have been at like 95 percent done for about a week... i can see mycelium piss in a few, and i can also see some of the rye berries, mostly white but i can still see them.... and another problem is that there is a shitload of water in the jars...
should i go ahead and case it now or am i doomed?

jar in pic 2 looks like it has a lot of metabolite activity, and therefore some sort of contamination. i dont think the jar would have colonized that well if it was that wet from the outset. i would not want to mix that one with any of the others into a large bulk substrate.
i'd shake it in the hope that, redistributing the anti-bacterial properties of the metabolites, would coat all the grains in the jar, and then leave for a day or so for observation.
jar on top, third from left, looks like it needs a day or two.

What they said^^
lookin good.
sometimes you can still see the grains pressed against the glass when they're at 100%.
looks like you got some metabolites (yellow piss stuff) at the bottom of some jars. thats okay, its not contams, just mycelium discharge, its what happens when they've been colonizing in jars for a while. drain that shit out before casing.
