Be patient. I had a batch of jars B+ that took 32 days. You might raise the temp a bit to 82-86 degrees. Have you taken the tape off your holes?

No I have not taken the tape off and I will raise the temp. Thanks!

Shroom77, first of all take of the tape from the holes, if you have a vermiculite layer on top. And as mindquester suggested, raise the temps a bit.

My one and only personal experiance:

Innoculated 6 jars, 12 days later had this:
2 jars with big healthy spots
2 jars with small signs of growth,
2 jars with nothing happening

On the 12th day I removed the tape from 1 jar of each category. Explosive growth happened in each of the newly untaped jars! It was even a different kind of growth. Uptill un-tapping growth was white fuzzy like cotton balls, once untaped got thick strands of growth simular to roots of a plant!

The taped jars are still white fuzzy cottony looking.

Reference:
Used MMGG rice/verm tek
Temp kept at average of 87F and ranging 79F-91F
Spore's syringe from Ryche, Equadorinians.
