I went looking for pan subbs today in a composted dung pile mixed with straw, where I found a small patch a week ago...
How warm does it need to be for pan subbs to grow? I know they grow after rain..But does it have to be really warm before the rain? Is it best to look the day after the rain? Or two days after the rain? Does this forecast look good for shrooms?
Hmm well its been around 13-20c during the days here lately. And rained on saturday and on sunday morning. Went sunday evening to look in a dung pile. Nothing. Went this evening, temp about 20c and found 1 posinous shroom..But no subbs. And in the town near some wood mulch and grass found some inky caps.
