I have a buddy who was wondering if a glove with a fan istalled and a dusk mask filter would clean the air enough to do a sterile G2G. I told him in a tek it says you can use a dust mask filter but has anyone used this set up and preformed a succesful G2g?

A sealed box with NO airflow is what you want. No filter or fan is needed.

No. Seriously, you want no airflow at all. Many have used a simple cardboard box with holes cut for their arms and a cellophane window so you can see what you're doing. You're not the only one who has made this mistake. Do a search on this board for "glovebox". Good luck.

using a dust mask as a filter.... isn't good enough to filter out contam's.
you need a micron filter...or a hepa filter.
using a dust mask over your mouth isn't going to stop you from spreading germs out of your mouth either.
disposible surgeon masks or a cloth surgeon masks should be used.
you would be better off with a still air box.

I'm not asking which is the easiest reliable glovebox to make. I'm wondering if the dust mask filter glovebox will work. Considering my buddy has it already assembled.
