IS my Incubater safe????

Hello,
I recently purchased a 'seedling propogater' for which to colonise jars in. It has a built in 12-watt heater in the bottom and a matt which is kept moist. It keeps the jars at about 85 and humidity at about 70-80. I was wondering if its safe to leave it on all the time? Any incubater tips would be REALLY appreciated,

it sounds good to me. thats basically the functions of an incubator. ive not really heard of that being used before, but it sounds good! you should try it out, see how it does!
