Noob Terrarium Question
    #6814644 - 04/21/07 12:52 AM (17 years, 8 months ago)

I was wondering about the terrarium mentioned in the PF Tek, if instead of clearing out the accumulated moisture at the bottom of the tank every once in a while, couldn't you just stick perlite down there instead?

Also, what do you do with a cake after it's finished fruiting? Does it fruit again? What are flushes? And I heard something about placing a 'done' cake on perlite to get it fruiting again.

Thanks, guys.

the cakes fruit average 3-5 times. after each flush you want too dunk them in the fridge for about 12 hours. and yes as a slower alternative too dunking the cake you can set it on the perlite too wick up some more moisture too enable it too fruit again.
