Dunked Cake has sunk to the bottom, a rather heavy cake
    #6812422 - 04/20/07 09:47 AM (17 years, 8 months ago)

It seems that cakes which float to the top while dunking is quite the norm. However, I birthed a cake last night that seem a bit heavy, it felt like it had more mass than a normal cake.

Upon dunking, it sank down a bit in the water. this morning it was resting on the bottom of the rubbermaid jar I had dunked it in. Does anyone have experience with heavy cakes like this, and is there something wrong with the cake?

prob not. mycelium probabally just consumed more of the nutrients and made it heavier. or it had a higher water content in it to begin with. they are supposed to be completly submerged when u dunk anyways

Hmmm,so I took that cake out of the dunk. Still feels quite heavy. It has the normal bruising one would expect after a dunk. Ahh who knows, it will probably end up being the MEGA CAKE that keeps popping kids out for 10 flushes.
