How long do LC's stay good for after you PC them but before you use them. I have had unused sterile LC's sitting around for 2 weeks and was wondering if they could still produce mycelium or not.

If it's still sterile it's still good .
As long as its sealed and nothing else is growing in there, go for it.
Besides, whats a cc of spores to ya? :-P

Hay picka.
Last week I spawned some jars that I used a 6 month old PE6 LC to start. Jars grew nicely & the bulk 8 litre casings are looking great.
I just yesterday inoculated some more grain jars with the last of the PE6 LC from 11th October 06. Thats 6 months, they are growing nicely.
The LC was taken out of the incubator 5 months ago & the lid covered in paper towel & secured with an elastic band The LC was totally clear except for the mycelium within it. All nutrient had been consumed & growth had stopped. I stored the LC with others in a cupboard at room temp. (I have to many LC's & shit to fit in the fridge) Also the LC was made from maple syrup.
Oh I misunderstood the question...shit....
At that stage you want the spores to have all the chance they can. Sterile growing medium is essential. Just make another one man don't risk the spores. A 500 ml LC only needs 20-30ml of maple syrup or honey & 45 min in the PC.

If the culture is sterile, it's sterile. In theory, it should have an indefinite shelf-life. If there's nothing growing in it as of yet, you're prolly golden for at least 9 mos (never had one sit around longer than that before knockin' it up).
Peace. CS
