What exact strain are you using?
The PF (Amazonian strain) usually pins in the jar (in-vitro primordiazation) with a little light.

Ecuadors usually take a little longer as do other strains.

Be patient for at least a few more days.

it can only have to do with the right temperature and the right humidity, sounds like everythiing is fine, if nothing happens in a few days, I would check up on those with a gage.
