Help! Mental instanity at Myco Labs! :(

PLEASE help or respond. I'm very concerned and don't know what to do.
I'm not sure if anyone else here knows but apparently magicmushroom.org AKA Myco Labs has suffered a member going mentally insane and hence any orders of anyone *ahem* who may have saved up all there money carefully to invest in a state of the art cultivation kit with bricks has been taken without any chance of return unless said person chooses to take legal proceedings. (AS IF!!!???!!!)
Does anyone have any more information?!!!?
Apparently Myco-labs are due for a come back in May but does this mean they will honour any previous orders or not?!
I cry!
ALl that money gone? Can it be? And no shroomery.
*panic, sobbing and general woe-is-me-dom*

Good luck, anyway...

That's what is really annoying, they charged the card when items were ordered.
If I were you I'd cancel the payment IMMEDIATELY!!!! if you can.
Good luck!

Arp, go visit your bank and say, that you want to withdraw your order, and make them cancel any payment going to their company.
Do this as soon as possible, otherwise it may seem a little weird for the bank.
Eventually the bank will make you talk to VISA, but I don't think that'll be the case.

They made a customer go insane with their products and now can't sell anything else? I don't get what you are trying to say.
Yeah wrong forum BTW..

I don't mind if a mod wants to change the forum. I assumed this would be okay. Sorry about that.
RE: The bank thing, is that possible to do even when the payemt went through two weeks ago?
And no, the mental illness is of the owner apparently. below is the extract from the email: It's actually an auotomated response and they are not responding to any queries outside of that for example, regarding, whether they will honour payments when they're up and running again.
"Dear Customer
Unfortunately MM.org had to close the doors. On the ground that the owner of Myco-Labs suffers from mental illness through the last months we were not able to continue business. We are forced by violence to stay away from the laboratory, but we?ll not give up and re-launch in the near future.
We summon you to stop all money transfers respectively to instruct your bank to write-back your transfers! If you wish to take legal measure please point on Manuel Stüttler AT-1190 Wien, Döblinger Gürtel 21-23 Step 2 Door 3 the right owner of Myco-Labs (mm.org)
The remaining team will found a new company at the end of may.
We are very sorry for all what happend and excuse us polite !"

Sounds like some sort of a scam to me. Who the hell would disclose this type of information to their customers? I think telling you a whole story about the owner going mentally insane and them running off to another company is weird, kinda like a TV show thing going on here. This is all very odd and suspicious.
Never done buisness with them, do you know of anyone who has? If not it may just be a scam.
Edit: Not to mention they mention about using violence. It's all just very weird..

Yea, I think I saw something similar on Seinfeld. Sounds like you're getting hosed. I'd call my bank and tell them you got hosed and see what they tell you. More than likely they'll give you some run around about contacting the company, but eventually you'll prolly maybe get your $$ back. Man, this would make a good Capital One commercial...WHAT'S IN YOUR WALLET?
Peace. CS

Well yes I do know someone who has used them before and is very happy with their service. Someone in fact who frequents these boards on occasion and who I've known for YEARS.
However, when he ordered, which was two months ago, the order took ages to get through to him and when hhe sent an email an automated response came up saying that they had had their computers stolen and so were trying to process orders but that it would take a while.
STrange they have these automated responses perhaps?
But alos, the website which has been up for MONTHS and MONTHS has now gone down, so that suggests something out of the ordinary is going on perhaps?
But yes I agree with you that their response is completely unusual and seems highly unproffesional.

This thread has been closed.
Reason: OFF TOPIC. In addition, if you're going to be calling someone else insane, you should really use proper grammar, check your spelling, and proof read for typos before posting. RR
