cased this with 60%soil 40%verm, problem i have is the white mycelium growth starts to turn black, you can kind of see that with next pic.
If you look at the top right of this pic you can see the black start to show, it looks like the tips have black dots more or less.

That's an understatement.

BTW, all that will turn green soon... At that point you DO NOT want it around.

Cobweb (massive)for sure.
Possibly black pin mold and/or trich.

Either poor sanitation, improper pasteurization & little or no FAE.
Probably, a combination of all 3.

Blast it heavily with 3% peroxide & see what it does.

O crap. How does cobweb smell? I have a Oyster culture growing and it looks almost exactly like that pic of yours Road. It smells like fragrant roses.

Can someone confirm whether this is healthy oyster mycelium or cobweb? It is grown on paper bags that were soaked with 9:1 water:3%H202.

The white stuff is really "puffy" but I liek to think that its because of the high humidity.

Cobweb looks much much more stringy and sort of hovers over the substrate, without coverign its surface. Need a pro's POV here. Thanks.
