Hey everyone, i was reading the thing in misc documents on here about how adding tryptamine hcl to your substrate that it will triple the potency, and theres this e-chemicals site that sells it for 55$ for 2 grams of it. If i order some, how hard is it to get it to work, i guess i'm asking why everyone doesn't do it

i wouldn't fuck with it myself 'cause: a) there are a million bullshit stories (not saying this one is - i'm just giving some context) that pop up on all the cultivation websites every year. all of them sound a little like this: "hi! my friend told me that if i add this or do this other thing that my mushrooms will be much more potent..." it used to be the same way @ MJ cultivation sites: "i heard that putting birth control pills in your soil will make your plants bigger" and things like that b) i'm not interested in creating any 'super-drug.' if i want a stronger mushroom trip, i eat more mushrooms. like dennis leary said, (and i paraphrase) 'only in this country would there be a man that cocaine wasn't good enough for.' [speaking about crack]

anyway, that's why my friend doesn't do it. everyone's gotta do their own thing...

yes...this is the real problem here
i'll help you anyway... ( i just come back home from the beach and i'm feeling great! ahhh..)

J. Gartz did this experiment with good results, the tek is here at the shroomery somewhere, a good search can do miracles sometimes

you can add tryptamine to your substrate after sterilization, this is the problem. the tryptamine must be sterile unless you want to grow molds...
that's all...
but the point is: it is worth it? for me no, if you want more potent shrooms just grow a more potent specie, like the pans..
or just eat more, or increase your cultivation skills...
with a little more knowledge one can grow easily more bigger shrooms, enough for tripping hard every week for one year
