 wtf is up with southpark season 10

I haven't seen the show for couple of years and now I downloaded myself entire season 10. After viewing couple of first episodes those questions came to mi mind.
Why doesn't Kenny get killed in each episode anymore?
Where is Mr. Hat and why Mr. Garrison wears earrings and have boobs? (well I sort of can figure this shit out myself)
The jokes seem lamer and the show sure has lost some of it's quality in my eyes-

I think the easter bunny episode was pretty funny. Season 9 was a good one. After that it's gone down hill.

Not funny if you're a proud, whiny liberal. The show is still very funny. Hit and miss, but what isn't? What's funny is people who think they've got the final verdict, "The show hasn't been funny since April of 2001."
To the OP, the Kenny dieing thing obviously got old so they phased it out. Mr. Garrison is now Mrs. Garrison. See the hilarious first episode of season 9 entitled "Mr. Garrison's fancy new vagina" for some background.

i enjoy both family guy and southpark. southpark couldn't do the same shit for 10 years, obviously they've had to change and evolve so as not to lose the interest of the audience and themselves. they make viable points and in humorous manners.
also... oprah's vagina having a shootout with the cops was pretty fucking funny. "oh no! mingy!"

South Park has always been funny and continues to be. Mrs. Garrison is now a lesbian woman, if you've seen the most recent episode (which is also a parody of the movie 300)
