good sources of tryptamine
    #6790714 - 04/15/07 04:11 PM (14 years, 1 month ago)

Can anyone suggest a simple to grow, yet reliable, source of tryptamine? Phalarus grass seems too variable in regard to alkaloid levels, as does San Pedro (yes, I realize that mescaline is not a tryptamine).

Has anyone had experience with a plant that is somewhat forgiving to novice gardeners? I have found various fungal organisms that are simple and reliable when it comes to producing desired alkaloids, however I would like to grow everything outside with my vegetables...get my drift?

Thanks for any input/links if this question has been asked a million times. My searches came up with nothing valuable.

please don't reply with salvia or morning glory, or something of that order, I am specifically looking for a tryptamine.

Desmanthus Illinoisnes or however you spell it...
was easy to grow indoors but didn't produce that much root material in the pots.  I have Leptolobus seeds I planted a few days ago.
  Phalaris A.
easy to grow but I didn't test the alks, I just let it die at the end of the season
  Psychotria Viridis
I got a plant with mites that died
I didnt use a humidity dome and I had it outside on the back porch and it lived a few weeks and died.  I looked a few minutes ago and I have a fresh seedling emerging   took about 6 weeks
I also have some Desmanthus C.  seeds I will be planting soon
I coluldn't get Mimosa Hostilis or Acacia Maidenii seeds to germinate no matter what I did

You'd think after three years you might have mastered the quick reply.

He never said Salvia was a trytamine... He said please don't post Salvia or Morning Glory, or anything like that, because he is looking strictly for tryptamines xD

Grow acacia obtusifolia, I generally get about a 50 percent germination rate with the nick and soak method, but they can winter over in moderate winter areas and the leaves are harvested (sustained harvest) they also contain about twice the tryptamines as Psychotria.

the viridis would prolly be your best bet for what you wanna do.. its just leaves, easy to handle easy to grow easy to prepare.. mimosa hostilis is alot harder to grow, and work with

i know the pieces fit, cuz i watched them fall away. mildewed and smoldering, fundamental differing. pure intention juxtaposed will set two lovers souls in motion, disenigrating as it goes, testing our communication. the light that fueled our fire then has burned a hole between us, so, we cannot seem to reach an end, crippling our communication.
the poetry that comes from the squaring off between, and the circling is worth it, finding beauty in the dissonance.
