what keeps a good casing humidity?

hi, i was wondering exactly how good a sonic/cool mist humidifier would be for keeping humidity. ive made a few casings, but had trouble keeping the humidity between 85-95. im just sticking with cakes now, but the problem i had was the humidity was to high. how good would one of these misters be for humidity? if not those,what is another good idea (i tryed spraying, misting, and the bubbler stone idea)

ive used the bubbler system, it just gave me to high of a humidity? how does a cool humidifier work? does it keep it between the ranges i need to case?
