Same thing happened to me. I had two problems: The first time, it was becaus eI used tap water, nothing can grow in Washington DC tap water. The second time the temp wasn't high enough, that slows growth down a LOT. What's you temp? I put a heating pad under mine, it worked WONDERS.

Well I guess either one could be the problem. I used tap water too (though I don't see what's wrong with it) and my heat is probably not high enough. I'm not using anything to keep it warm. If I start keeping it warm now, do you think there's still a chance for growth?

absolutely do NOT use tap water. it has flouride and shit in it - good for teeth, bad for shrooms. don't take the chance - use distilled or spring water
