lately driving is my most spiritual practice.
(lots of carma)
and it involves moving with the flow of energy too.
I notice for many that it is very close to death.
for me now it is the arena for developing patience and courtesy.
yesterday a 70 yr old man was hit by a bus a few streets over.
bad busma.

Wow this was a very nice thread. I just came from the pub (which I like) and it's like stepping out of a smoke-filled bar and taking a deep breath of clean cool air.

As much gibberish as I've spouted about numbers and provability here, I'm actually a big fan of Daoism and Tai Chi and practice about 1/2 hour to an hour a day, and try to read a passage or two from either Lao Tzu or the I Ching a day. The Chinese are really where it's at. A lot of cultures had similar ideas, but only the Chinese were a huge and literate enough culture to really flesh this idea out.
