Carefully pluck the mushroom with flamed forceps (tweezers) and place on a fresh plate. Mycelium will grow out from the mushroom body, no need to cut it open. You might try cutting it into pieces to do several plates, but that large dark mass is worrysome. I'd do my best to barely open the contaminated dish and extract the mushroom with as little disturbance as possible. If you are running a Hepa, turn it off just before you attempt the transfer. The Hepa will blow mold spores all over everything from the contaminated plate (assuming that dark mass is mold). Good luck!

it'd probably be a good idea to dip it in h2o2 for a bit, it's bound to be covered in spores from that patch of mould.

I bet you can get it, if you haven't been picking up or moving the plate much. Like the great W said, no fans, very, very slow movements. Keep the culture facing up and slowly lift the lid toward the contam, until you can just snag the infant.

The other way might be to make 2 baths: a 10% bleach and a peroxide solution. Dip the contam section into the bleach bath for a minute or so, and cut it off while submerged. Then dip the remaining section in the peroxide bath for a minute or so, and cut a few sections to spread around to a couple different plates.
Or maybe start over.
