^ (Noviseer) don't get too excited. ive tried that stuff with no success..

my suggestion - wake up at 3am with the coffee machine fully loaded and ready to go. whip up some coffee, guzzle it down, take BT's of "Dream Herb", then go to bed. take some 5-HTP (increases lucidity of my dreams), and eat a bunch of cheese before you go to bed.

well the trick to the celea is to do it every night for about a week, thats when I noticed it really working

Great post man. thats creappy when they give the unrelated answer its like their bots. next time you have a lucid dream think of something you really want like a new laptop or something. and focus on it. or even a shit load of cash, and just maybe maybe it might come true =)
