Are you trying to force an idea down our throats or get us to force ours down yours? I can't differentiate.

okay.
Drugs made me realize that GOD doesn't exist, didn't you know that - I mean you're "enlightened".

This thread is a good example of why you should not do drugs.

I really feel like christians are aliens wandering around a strange world that they don't understand, and fearfully clinging to every security blanket they can get their hands on.
Every christian (really everyone) should do drugs - just once if anything.

Wondering if any shroomers here believe in GOD...
God=mind at large? Are you using a language translator or is english a second language to you? The reason you're feeling alienated is because we have no idea what you're talking about and a language barrier makes sense.
Wondering if any shroomers believe in God? Did you see that 8 page monstrosity about the rapture a few threads below? A whole bunch of people here believe in some sort of God whether it's eastern religion or orthodoxed christianity. But no one can relate to your ideas because they don't make sense.
I'm just trying to help here.

No... this thread is a good example that drugs aren't for everybody.

This is gonna sound uber gay but...
Drugs helped me see the beauty of nature. Not that nature wasn't beautiful before, but that it just became ridiculously apparent how amazing the nature of everything is. It's enough to make a grown man cry!
I would say I found myself with the help of shrooms. Is there a God... well idk there's moments in life that just seem too good to be true. Then at the same time I have other ideas explaining happenings that blow me away.

i believe in god or tao or the way its all the same in the end...
i believe we are all god just like everything is god because we are a part of everything just like everything is a part of us
just because we are a different 'looking' pattern then other things doesnt mean our core isn't exactly the same...
(god damn this shit is hard to put in words lol)

I understand what you're saying.
it's funny, the more I read about religions and what different philosphers say the more repetitive occurances I see whether it be quotes or similar ideas. Basically verbatim. Seeing this is convincing to me that everything is the same damn thing. Christians may be a little insecure so they need some silly dogma to explain shit, whereas others understand "the way that it is". There's no need for a fable to explain shit. Faith is something I have in the world, not in 'The Flying Spaghetti Monster'. Who am I to say that Flying Spaghetti Monster doesn't exist, I won't say no but I understand nature really well and that's a lot better than waiting around for the coming of the Messiah or Christ to "Show Me The Way".
When I was born I was already on my way. People, consumerism, TV, and shit like that along my way may have detered me from my path, but I see it as I'm on a giant road trip to a certain direction. The only things I experience are what I see in my headlights on the way. If I lose my way then I just may ask for directions. Some people give bad directions. Anyhow, eventually, slowely but surely. I'm done and going to bed. peace all.
