smart idea for a salvia trip...?
    #6776150 - 04/11/07 05:34 PM (17 years, 9 days ago)

I live in Chicago and I plan on riding my bike down to the lake, finding a nice spot on the beach and smoking a bowl of salvia in solitude
Is this a good Idea, I plan on trying to find a spot where no one is around, but that may not happen.
Do you think having a large road (lsd - lake shore drive ahah) and the cityscape behind me will confuse the hell out of me in a bad way? and possible anxiety if people are around....

thanks man
yea I find smoking salvia with others is too, I dont know what word to use but I dont really dig it
My previous salvia smoking sessions have all been in my apt and it wasnt the greatest vibe, I could imagine being by a body of water and solitude will help me flow with it and be more at peace...

the beach feels really peaceful, very natural. i also find that smoking with others around to be an odd experience, not necessarily bad but not the best it could be. enjoy yourself.

Yeah, I hate being the center of attention while I trip, and that's what happens with Salvia.

Sounds like a good time but I'd definately find a spot where nobody is around.

i like to have as little equipment as possible.
clothing and running shoes and a sketch book and pen are my limit in the wild.
(i.e a public park)
I have gone with intent to smoke salvia many times on rollerblades
and only once did i go all the way.
I got very involved with the colors of the grass growing between my legs and all the tiny ants crawling around. very enhanced color and OEV.
after that I was a bit rubbery but managed to skate home.

whats that have to do with anything?
the discussion was on location of the trip, not the effects.
And if a person does get bunk salvia, thats pretty bad considering its LEGAL

It's called hustling and it takes a grand-stand weasel to hustle salvia.

Hey I live in Chicago too and tripping on the beach can be really amazing. Except for this one time, when, while tripping, a cop pulled up near me and started shining a spotlight. It was a horrifying experience, as I was still very confused.

oh god! what were you tripping on?
if I was at the peak of a salvia trip and a cop showed up, if I could comprehend what he was I would freak totally, even though the stuff is legal lol

It pisses me off when the police decide to put you in the spotlight like that and leave without a word. Makes me feel like I was probed!

I live real close to Chicago so if you want to come down here to my private lake cottage and sit on the pier, be my guest I will not come and bother you
