Honey mushrooms have veils...
These *might* be Flammulina velutipes , or Velvet Foots.

Armillaria tabescens (might have spelled it wrong) is the Ringless Honey Mushroom. But I think Angryshroom could be right about these being velvet foots. When i see ringless honeys they tend to be more, i don't know, substantial i guess.

i was thinking ringless honey as well, although all i've ever found myself is normal honeys so I do not know... Velvet foots is a good chance as well though, I agree with coon some more detailed pics of the vitals would be helpful in IDing this one

Okay, those I are definately Armillaria tabescens, the Rigless Honey.
Look closely. The gills of A. tabescens should be slightly decurrent, whereas, Flammulina velutipes gills meet farther up and are more defined where they connect to the stipe.
Also, Look at the colour of the stipe. F. velutipes has a darker reddish/brown shading usually near the lower part of the stipe. A. tabescens is again, consistent with the pale colour of this mushrooms stipe.

Haha... I've gotta agree with CureCat on this one, they're definitely Armillaria of some sort. I've found the same thing(or close, at least) at the same time of year in the same habitat. Mine actually had a bit of green/blue on the stem. I thought I was on to something, but nope.
Here's the ones I found:
