Rehydrating/Dry Chamber Ideas/Expected Yield

Hey just wondering if any of you had a good way of rehydrating/dunking a substrate tray. I havent been able to find a tek. Also do you have any ideas for a natural air drying container using computer fans? (I live in the desert) Any help would be greatly appreciated. And lastly, anyone know what kind of yield i can expect from three cake tins with cambodians using WBS and a Coir/Verm casing? Temps and humidity have been textbook. I also added 5% climbing chaulk to the casing.
