Gluing your eyes to your computer screen puts a lot of strain on your eyes. And those flat-panel monitors with matte-plastic screens make it ten times worse (they now make flat-panels with regular, clear screens :thumbup:).

You'd be amazed at what eye exercises can do. The easiest and most relaxing exercises are a combination of sunning, skying, and palming.*

Sunlight is really good for your eyes. Even just going outside and spending some time just walking around, looking at things in the distance will work wonders for your eyes.
