i have stumbled across this site when looking for spray bottles.

thought these would work well for the rye? not sure what size yet though any advice appreciated...

and for pf tek these if they can be pressure cooked

375mm a bit big but wont take all that much difference ???

the best jars are the ones without the inward lip, so when it comes time for fruiting, or casing(whichever way you do it) the cake will slide right out, the wide mouthed jars with the inward lip at the top are not good for that. if you can find a straight jar, then yeah go for it.

so long as its not plastic, and you don't completely seal it, it should be fine for sterilization, just follow the tk.
