Success with mycobag casings?

My first post how exciting! anyway i have tried the pf tek and had minimal success. so i went with myco bags. i was wondering if anyone has cased these and if so how did it go? and what stain did you grow? thanks for the info.

I also have been wondering about that. I cased 2 myco bags last week and have started to pin them tonight. They look really good with white growth covering the top. Tried 4 different strains in bags, Lipi Yai's were the fastest-5/29 to 6/8 for bag to fully colonize, the rest...mazatapec, penis envy and pink buffalo are taking forever to fully colonize but they are getting there. I hope it works. Will post when or if I start to see pins.

First time at this and just reading up on all the boards here and learning.

I, also, have been wondering about the myco bag tek.

I did a large amount of searching on the forums and found a pretty good success rate with these bags. Mainly good comments about them. I have not read a yield amount though.

Did you let them bare fruit, harvest, then case the left over mycelium.. or did you case the mycelium as soon as it fully colonized?

I've also heard that the Eqs were very fast colonizers.

What casing compound did you use? do you have any pictures you can post!?!
