Colonizing

Well, I have 6 PF jars going. 3 of them are on day 4 (still no signs of colonization) and 3 i just incoculated earlier today. I used the Pf tek and im hoping everything turns out right.
But anyways heres my question. Are there alot of ways for your jars just not to colonize? or will they always colonize just contaminates have the possiblilty to take over..?!

If you followed the pf-tek and there were spores in the syringe, then you should see mycelium soon. Just wait...sometimes it takes a week to see to see your spores germinating.

my house is at temp of 77 deg. should that be a prob..

unless your spores are bad, you should see germination. but yes, sometimes it takes a LOOONNNNGGGG time. or so it seems
