Well its pretty small and only generates 10 psi so I would think thats a poor choice. You'll want to get something larger and that will go to 15 psi.

A 4 quart is tiny.
If you are looking to do quart sized jars then you need upwards of 20 quart PC.
Our friendly resident Agar would probably have precise technical advice about pressure cookers.
Yeah, just now noticed the 10psi and came back to edit.
Good eye, guy.

It's only rated to 10PSI, so it's not very suitable for sterilisation work (15PSI is optimal, but 12PSI will suffice). Also 4 Quarts is a bit small, I'd recommend getting something bigger.

Yeah the pressure cooker you were looking at really is only useful for the PF-Tek... Just so you know you can just use a regular pot with a lid for the PF-tek. You will want a PC with at least 21 quarts if your moving to grains.

honestly i've gotten by get by with my 20 dollar super walmart little 10 psi Mirro. i only have done the pf tek so far however cause i like it. i do wish i could have bought the next step up but its nice that i didnt have to spend that much. a twenty dollar investment got returned to me in the long run in shrooms. if your gonna go ebay you can find better cheaper. i was doing it by looking around town style. i found it easier in my town to obtain the material to grow my own than it was to find shroooms. now im sort of glad i never did buy them, cause i never have and ive had lots for very little money. you can get by with that... but you have tons of likely cheap pressure cookers on ebay to chose from get a better one!
and if you go with a 10 psi up your cooking times and perhaps use just a tad more water in your substrate.

Worked great for me too..... For PF tek cakes, but for grain and other bulk spawn PC is a must
When I was at the good will today they had what looked like a 4 qt PC for only $1. Check your local salvation army and good will's I am sure you will eventually find something if money is an issue
