soil heating cables in a FC?

I was thinking about installing a soil heating cable in my large metal housing FC. They have a thermostat at the end of the cable and self regulate to 74 degrees Fahrenheit, turning on only when the temperature drops below 74 degrees . Sounds to me like ideal fruiting temperatures, especially for those who have problems with keeping up temperatures, as in my case.
I would just line one across the walls in my two level setup I'm building. Either a 12 or 24 foot cable. I assume they must be tolerant of high humidity if they are capable of being buried underground year long. Could be wrong though.
Anyone care to comment?

I have heard of these before with commercial grows and such- but I belive they are much hotter- and they would be used to sterilize/pastureize the soil between cycles and such I belive.
Can they be submerged in water? Can they be coiled? Just coil them around in a large bucket of water and you can have they act like a heatbomb. Just enough to keep everything at a good roomtemp.
Anything to keep your temps regulated is a good thing. Are you having problems with getting too hot or too cold? I would try it out- check all the areas of your FC to make sure its an even heat- and anything is worth a shot if your having temp spikes- thats the killer itself, even more so than being to cold/hot.

im a newbi without alot of mushrooms knowledge but i have alot of growing knowledge if ya know what i ean and my opinion things tha grow expend so much energy they produce enough of there own heat to be sufficient without overdrying themselves so id keep it natural uless one of the resident pros disagrees.rock on with the innovation though bro thats what will bring us to that nex level.gotta love technology.
