Found my first shrooms!

On my third time out in SoFla(Broward) I found 13 shrooms, of what looks to be Copes. Hopefully I can find a way to get a pic before they disentegrate.
All of them I found in cow dung, however, my biggest and most 'Cope' looking shroom isnt staining at all. The rest are turning a deep black in the stems that has a slight bluish tint. Right now I'm looking online to ID these babies and I'm kicking myself in the ass for not have saved some pics of all the shrooms I've looked at online. The staining seems to be continuing. Are they just turning into the miserable black goo? Are there deadly Cope look a likes? I'm thinking of feeding a piece of the stem to my cat, is this a good idea?

Anyway, they have dark grey gills about 1/16 apart. Some have clean white caps some have greyish (mottled) dome like caps . I didnt notice any sticky film. And right now the stems are looking really flimsy , bent on themselves, (less than a 1/4 in) and almost black. They range from 3-6 inches long. The big guy is about 6 inches.

Ah damn man, close but no cigar. The only mushrooms with caps that melt into a black goo are Coprinus. Right habitat, wrong mushroom. Coprinus are not active, and are edible, but I wouldn't adivse it... espcialy if you drink often. Drinking within 2-3days after eating mushrooms is a bad idea in gerneral, you'll get mad gastrointestinal discomfort(you know... gas and liquid shits) if you eat the wrong thing.

If you find Copes, they will be fairly easy to identify. White caps, black/dark gills, about 3-4 inches tall, 1-2inch caps max, stain intensely blue on the stems within 30 minutes.

The caps arent melting, the stems are(weakening). But they look more black than blue, like I said they have a slight bluish tint like when looking at a gun or other black metal in the light. Kinda like this pic. However, my stems do not look as robust.

Oh and now only 3 of them are really staining hard, and they are the ones that have the mottled grey caps like in the pic. Their stems are really flimsy though, like I wouldnt trip anyway...
