glovebox dimensions

I'm trying to build a glovebox ASAP and need to know what some good suggestions for design and deminsions are. Anybody?

Well there is not a standard size table for glove boxes as far as I know.
Make it big enough for the type of work your going to be doing in it.
Take into consideration the need of having to shuffling jars/plates or whatever around in the closed environment without knocking into your work.

That all depends on what you plan to do it it.
If you plan to make a few syringes in it. It doesn't have to be all that big.
If you plan to G2G 20 quart jars in it. You want it big enough to hold everything. And, have space to work easily in it.
I have found, BIGGER is better.

ok cool but i was wondering how i can keep it vacuum sealed or at least keeping the air as sterile as possible inside when putting things inside.

keeping it under vacuum is pretty extreme.
if its pretty well air tight when closed your good.
i used to just spray the hell out of the inside of my box with lysol spray once everything was inside.
After the spray down, close the box, let the Lysol settle a bit(an hour maybe) then go to work.

No vacuum required. Still air container is all you need.
