well i must have one of those stupid crazy microwaves cuz Ive been sterilizing the whole needles for a while now in the microwave....

You know it alls should try something and get the FACTS before thinking you know what does and doesnt work...

On the otherhand I wouldnt go and put silverware of anything containing anymore metal than what is contained in the needle tip....

Many plates also have Gold plating designs on them and they are microwavable...So I have proven you Wrong MIKEMUSHROOM on 2 accounts..
