Shrooms and Antidepressants

I was wondering what drug interactions are there between zoloft and mushrooms? I've heard antidepressants are bad with mushrooms, correct me if I'm wrong.

there won't be a bad reaction from the two drugs. however, being that you're on an antidepressent, you should realize that a mushroom trip is a very intense experience. i have a friend who has tripped a few times with me, but can't handle it anymore. he's on a bunch of meds to help him work through his anxiety & psychological distress. so just be sure you know what you're getting into, that you're prepared, and that you realize the shroom trip will eventually be over, so don't fight it and enjoy the experience!

I take zoloft and have no problems with tripping. zoloft is an SSRI ("selective seratonin reuptake inhibitor" i believe) as opposed to a MAOI inhibitor which might even increase the effects of your trip

all antidepressants do to your trip is make it a more enjoyable experience.
