Every time Windows boots up I get this error message:

"The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for windows system DLL's. The vendor should be contacted for a new DLL."

It seemed to have started after Windows last updated but I'm not sure thats what caused it.

Before asking for help here I went to google and looked up how to remove this HHCTRL.OCX and followed the steps I found here.

This aint the first time that I came here looking for fixes for problems with my computer and with out exception I have always gotten the answer within hours and in this case less than 5 minutes.
