It could be a one of several dozen problems.

First off what strain are you growing?. Most likely the PF or Ecuador Cubenis, just a quess.

Second off what is your temprature? For pinning and fruiting you should have the tempratures in the mid 70's.

Third , have you birthed this cakes already or are they begining to pin in the jar, invitro, Did you wait till they were 100% colinized.

How is your humidity? What method do you use?

Don't underestimate the importance of any environmental parameter.

Maybe a little more information and someone can pinpoint your problem.
