It's not. Slothie told me about this, and I was worried, so I called him, and this isn't him. Our friend is safe and well!

Thats a big relief

Yes, we definitely dodged the bullet on this one!

However, I am still worried that Paul McCartney might be dead. I was looking at the "Abbey Road" album cover the other day, and Paul wasn't wearing any shoes and the license plate on the VW Bug read "28 IF". I am concerned that the Beatles might be trying to send us messages about Paul's premature demise...

PS: Hey, howya doing?

I'm very glad to hear it wasn't one of our own that got nailed.

This asshole should have been much smarter about how he was shipping things. Then to call and ask "where's the package" after it didn't arrive?? Wow... what a tool.

This is the number one cause of package interceptions: people not thinking when they pack up a box. I mean, have a little thought process, people! Make it at least look like a food care package, or a toiletry package.:shake: People are just stupid and bring trouble down on their own heads.

heh.. despite the dangers, we'd all be pretty surprised by the amount of drugs actually being transported by shipping companies. I've always wondered about that.. I live by I-10, only 2 hours out of houston texas, supposedly this section of I-10 hauls more drugs per capita then any other in the country, as reported by a local news station. I've always wondered how much is actually passing by. They get an 18-wheeler about once a month down here. We always hear about bust's at the local UPS hub, especially greyhound.. they have weekly random narcotics searches at our bus station, I've seen them search people at the station who were there to pick someone up. They might catch a few, and that will always happen, no matter how you disguise your package. I kinda thought the potato chip bag was good idea, yea it dont make much sense, but if any other employee would have handled the package (other than the employee who opened it) it prolly would have reached its destination. That employee must have been gung ho about bustin' someone, and he/she got lucky.

I HATE people who take drugs.
Like cops, DEA agents and custom officials

I live by I-10 also. I once heard a cop on the local news say about 1 out of every 5 vehicles travelling along I-10 had drugs of some sort in it. That, to me seems to be an extremely exaggerated estimate but I wouldn't be surprised if one out of every 10 or 20 was carrying contraband, even if just in personal quantities.

Incorrect. If they did that they would be making the clerk their agent.

Same as how they can't ask the trash truck driver to deliver your trash to them, they have to pull it themselves.
