hey. i'm i new member. hunter. enthusiast. need advise.

yesterday we had the heat out for a chat at our condo...

one male one female...
abusive, confrontational, threatening...on a noise complaint from one of our neighbors.
they wanted to make an arrest! why? i spoke respectfully, explained why we had been yelling and screaming, and complied with their requests, but was told to shut up, shut my mouth or i'd be arrested "right now!"--and that i looked "weird" sounded "hinky" and was stupid!!! i was an honor student, ok? no stupido.
the female tried to push her way inside.
we did not let them in.
but all was quiet when they arrived. the yelling was over. what would be the point of the male cop getting in my face and telling me i look like a junkie (i 've had a couple long nights, ok? dark circles under my eyes, but they were just so eager and agressive. who's paying these pitbulls? who's training them? what can i do?
i want to take some action but don't really know where to start.

I presume you live in the US and can only speak from my experience in england. The first thing you should do when a cop pisses you off is to get their numbers! Here we have a Police Complaint Authority who you can write to and say 'Police constable XX was acting in an inapproprite manner etc..' Most importantly find out your rights, and any voluntary or mandatory guidelines for police behaviour. If you just complain to the local station and arent clued up on if and how you can take it further, then you might find they start harrassing you more often.
