Exactly. I've posted my greenhouse setup many times. There is absolutely no need or reason to even attempt to keep a greenhouse sterile. We use sterile procedure to colonize grains, but once they're colonized, everything else is done in normal air. You don't need a fan to provide air exchange in a greenhouse. Simply take a knife and slice the plastic from top to bottom in a few places. This will allow normal room air to circulate into and out of the mini greenhouse. Use a coolmist humidifier (or two) depending on size to provide humidity, not air exchange. Trays of damp, well drained perlite placed on empty shelf spaces and the floor will help to catch drips and return them to the air as humidity.

To repeat, a mini-greenhouse should have high humidity and high air exchange, with very bright high frequency lights such as natural daylight fluorescent on a 12/12 cycle for best results. Don't waste time stressing over filters or other means of scrubbing the air. It isn't necessary.

Do a search for "automated greenhouse", "greenhouse", or "automated".
I've seen something were someone used just a ultrasonic, a tub, pipes, and a computer fan to achieve what you are talking about.
It shouldn't be THAT hard to find a coolmist; EBAY ships all over the world.

Uhh i'm spending about 4 hours/day lately searching but i'm searching too specific perhaps. A computer fan, my thoughts exactly. Think i'll go with that. Time is a constraint, i only have about 45 days from now and I'm about to start incubation. A GH must be operational in 10 days. Thanks for your reply.

well if you live in rural china you should have been able to find a cool mist humidifier at the same hut you found your ultrasonic humidifier.  If you wanna make something yourself here's one of agars inventions http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/6220224#6220224

Believe you me, it's very odd but I can only find ultrasonics and warm mist humidifiers. Not a trace of cool mists in any shops I looked. That contraption in the link looks a bit time consuming to make, and i'm more likely to find a coolmist yet than a suitable fan. I'm also not that skilled at making things. Cheers

Hmm, very true! Thanks RR I remember you helping me 6 months ago, good to see you're still doing your best. I appreciate it!! Ok so i'll just use a PC fan for FAE connected up top, with a hole at the bottom of the GH to push out the sinking CO2, and an ultrasonic switching on from time to time to keep RH. Now I need to search for advice on harvesting techniques because that seems to have been the reason for my past contams.

Great!
