What is the most heat resistant species?
    #6734655 - 04/01/07 11:58 AM (16 years, 10 months ago)

By heat resistant I mean "Highest fruiting temperatures".

From what I have read it is the Straw Paddy Mushroom.

What is your say?

Reishi also grows well in very hot weather, as do oysters, provided they have enough water.
