What is the main purpose of invitro and whats the best way/quickest way of doing it?

Invitro is a neglect tek. You innoculate jars, wait untill they are fully colonized, and then introduce to light and let them pin and grow inside the jars. Also, see the Chronic 007 tek. over at www.mycotopia.net

For someone who wants a low-pro (stealth) mushroom grow that isn't looking for the larger yields. You can get some pretty good results invitro but its mainly for the people who cannot have a 'setup'
