Hey, me and a few buddy's where out looking in a cow shit tonight and came home with some mushies.......well we aren't quite sure yet. Think you can help us out? picked them from mostly cow shit we are thinking...maybe just maybe a few horse shits though. (I say shit for lack of better term sorry) I live in Virginia if this info is needed at all. Its been hot a shit, humid, rainy, and sunny as shit lately.

Oh wait a minute, you had a picture. My bad, I didn't see it because the pic didnt work... You can't cross link from tripod. It doesn't work.

The mushrooms you found are Coprinus. Toss them out. They will do nothing for you at all.

Look like coprinus sp. aka "inky caps". Don't eat, they are inactive and could be dangerous if you ingest them with alcohol.
