not enough CC's?

I'm on my first crop, and I sterilized 24 1/2 pint jars. I used 2 syringes... the 1st was 10 jars with Lippa yai, and for some reason the Pink Buffalo syringe made it into 14 jars. I know colonization is quicker with more spores, but I was trying to follow the PF tak to a "T". My question is should I just start over, or should 10 cc's be enough for 14, 1/2 pint jars?

You might see colonization go a little slower than if you had more, but no worries.....

Seems to be a fairly standard amount :-)
