Rye Grain Question

I am do some figuring right now and was wondering on average what is the yield per quart jar for rye with straw/dung. I will be using GT and B+ spores.

It depends how much straw/dung you spawn.

Maybe around 90 grams dry per square foot given a six inch sunstrate.
