You can use 1cc per jar and it will colonize, but I would at least use 2cc, and 3 would even be better.

Using my first syringe from PF Tek, I used like 1 or 2 cc's per jar, but once I started making my own syringes, things have changed. My syringes are dark with spores and I only have to give little squirt to have successful inoculation. This is helpful in that I don't spend as much time making spore syringes, which can be a complex task. However, I have found that using more than just the required amount helps reduce the amount of time till complete colonization. A.K.A. More sporewater equals faster mycelial growth. Hope this helps. :biggrin:
