touch the "green" spot with something sterile..maybe even a napkin or a papertowel...if green comes off on that then its all over...you could try the bleach dunk tenk but i dont know....

If you bruise a cake, it will turn a shade of blue. This is normal and not too big of an issue. Just dont beat it up

Do the paper towel test as sugested above. Green mold generally starts as a greyish white furry mass, then turns green as it makes spores. If it is moldy trash it, because all its doing is making more spores to contaminate more stuff.
